A plain-language guide to how the trip is arranged, and the few things we ask of you, for the 2027 collection launch.
We cover the essentials, so your three days go where they should: into building your knowledge of the collection and working up sales tactics with the team. That means your flights, two nights at the hotel (Nov 13 and 14), airport transfers, transport to Juárez and back, and the group meals. Personal extras — the minibar, anything you pick up along the way, or extra nights you add for your own plans — are yours to cover. If flight timings mean you need to arrive the night before, that night is on us and we arrange it with your booking. If you are ever unsure whether something is included, just ask.
Saturday takes us from El Paso into Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, and back into the United States. You are responsible for your own valid travel documents for both crossings. For most of the team that means a passport valid well beyond the travel dates (at least six months), plus any visa or entry authorisation your nationality requires. We are happy to point you to official guidance, but we cannot advise on individual immigration eligibility.
Please travel with your own travel and medical insurance, especially for the day across the border. Your own cover looks after you if anything health-related comes up on the trip. If you have allergies, dietary needs, or anything else we should plan around, add it to the booking form or tell us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Saturday includes a visit to the Polygroup facility in Juárez. It is a working factory, so we brief everyone beforehand and ask you to stay with the group and follow the site team's instructions.
We book the flights and hotel around the meeting schedule, and confirm everything to you once it is ticketed.
The launch will be photographed and filmed, and we may use the images and footage in Hamilton Spill materials afterwards. By taking part, you agree to this use.
The information you share on the booking form is used only to arrange your trip. We do not sell or share it, we keep it secure, and we delete it once the launch is over.
On our side, the timings and venues shown here are provisional and may shift as plans firm up. We will keep the team updated. Some things are outside anyone's control, such as weather or border delays, and we will adapt as needed. On your side, if something comes up and you cannot make it, please tell us as early as you can so we can adjust flights and rooms.
