We're covering your flights, hotel, and the group's travel over the three days. RSVP and we'll take care of the rest.
Tell us the airport closest to you and leave the rest to us. We pick a flight that gets you into El Paso in good time for the 2:30 pm session on Friday — and where the connections from your side make that tight, we will fly you in the night before and cover the extra night. Tickets and itinerary come from us; there is nothing for you to book or work out. El Paso and Juárez both run on Mountain Time.

Business casual through the meetings, smart-casual for the dinners, and comfortable shoes for the factory and showroom. Mid-November El Paso is sunny and dry, with mild days near 65°F and cool evenings around 40°F, so bring a layer.
Saturday takes us across the border, so you'll need a valid passport to cross back into the US. We'll check everyone's set when we arrange travel.

Everything sits within a short drive. The airport, your hotel, and Polygroup's El Paso office are all on the Texas side. Saturday's factory visit is a quick hop across the border into Ciudad Juárez, and back the same day.
